- RL/RS: Direct Needle Mount with 4 Annular Ribs : Needle is fixed directly to the plastic rod with no weld joint. Four reinforcement ribs and a positioning ring keep the steel needle perfectly centered, reducing vibration and delivering consistent, stable lines.  

- RM/M1: V-Shaped Ribs for Controlled Elasticity : Adds two V-shaped ribs beneath the original reinforcement ribs, creating a bow-and-arrow effect. This improves needle-to-tip fit, increases ink draw, and produces smoother, more uniform misting.  

- Three-Point Alignment : Back cap, square guide column, and needle tip are aligned in a straight line for accurate positioning and professional control.
